This Usage Policy applies to the website, apps, APIs, model access, developer tools, subscription plans, prepaid quota, and related services provided under the AIGoCode brand. AIGoCode is a brand name used for this service. The actual billing entity will appear on your invoice or payment receipt. When you use the service you must also follow the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
The Chinese version of this policy is legally binding. This English translation is provided for convenience only.
1. Core principles#
You may not use the service to harm others, infringe rights, evade the law, disrupt systems, manipulate the public, commit fraud, bypass platform limits, or do anything that violates applicable law, third-party rights, upstream terms, or this policy. You are responsible for your account, API keys, inputs, how you use outputs, and any downstream product.
2. Prohibited uses#
- Illegal activity: planning, assisting, concealing, or carrying out any illegal act, or evading regulation or law enforcement;
- Fraud and abuse: phishing, scams, impersonation, fake transactions, stolen payments, chargeback abuse, reward farming, invite-code cheating, or spam;
- Network abuse: unauthorized scanning, intrusion, credential attacks, exploit use, denial of service, abusive scraping, bypassing access controls, or damaging third-party systems;
- Malware: generating, rewriting, deploying, obfuscating, distributing, or helping run malware, ransomware, trojans, stealers, or evasion tools;
- Bypassing limits: evading rate limits, paid limits, regional limits, content filters, security controls, model limits, or platform access controls;
- Privacy violations: collecting, inferring, leaking, trading, or misusing personal information, sensitive information, credentials, location, communications, or surveillance data without authorization;
- Child safety: generating, soliciting, distributing, or assisting any content or activity that exploits, harms, grooms, sexualizes, or endangers minors;
- Hate, harassment, and violence: inciting hate, discrimination, harassment, threats, self-harm, violent extremism, terrorism, or real-world harm;
- Weapons and dangerous activity: helping make, obtain, modify, or use weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials, or instructing real-world harm;
- Misinformation: mass-producing or spreading misleading content, fake identities, synthetic media, impersonation of authorities, or information that harms public safety;
- Political manipulation: manipulating elections, suppressing votes, faking political identities, micro-targeted persuasion, automated propaganda, or misleading public participation;
- Platform abuse: reselling, proxying, aggregating, publishing API keys, sharing accounts, abnormal concurrency, bulk signups, evading risk controls, invite-reward abuse, or disrupting stability.
- Unauthorized resale: without AIGoCode's prior written permission, packaging, reselling, renting, proxying, sharing, or providing AIGoCode APIs, quota, accounts, API keys, or model access to third parties as a downstream API, aggregation, forwarding, or competing service.
3. Security and research exceptions#
Lawful, authorized, low-risk security research, code review, log analysis, defensive detection, and vulnerability repair may use the service. You must have clear authorization, must not access, copy, damage, or leak third-party systems or data, and must not ask the service to generate content that can be used directly for attacks, persistence, credential theft, evasion, or expanding an attack surface.
4. High-risk use requirements#
If you use the service for law, medicine, finance, insurance, employment, housing, education assessment, credit, journalism, public services, critical infrastructure, or other settings that can materially affect a person's rights, safety, opportunities, property, or health, you must add extra safeguards. Those include human review, review by qualified professionals, accuracy checks, clear disclosure of AI involvement, risk notices, an appeal path, and a compliance process that meets applicable law.
5. Responsibility for outputs#
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, repetitive, biased, or unfit for your situation. Do not use output as the only basis for a decision that materially affects a person's rights, welfare, safety, or significant interests. Before you show, publish, send, or embed output for end users, review, test, and filter it yourself and accept responsibility for it.
6. Content, data, and third-party rights#
You may not submit code, data, documents, secrets, personal information, trade secrets, copyrighted content, or other third-party material that you do not have the right to use. You may not use the service to generate, evade, or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, trade secrets, contractual duties, or other third-party rights.
7. Fair use and service stability#
You may not use automation, bulk traffic, proxies, resale, shared credentials, abnormal concurrency, bypasses, or similar methods in a way that harms stability, creates abnormal cost, degrades other users' experience, or evades product pricing. We may set, change, or enforce rate limits, concurrency limits, queues, risk controls, request filters, output filters, and other protections.
Without AIGoCode's prior written permission, you may not package, resell, rent, proxy, share, or provide AIGoCode APIs, quota, accounts, API keys, or model access to third parties as a downstream API, aggregation, forwarding, or competing service.
8. Enforcement#
If we reasonably believe there is a violation of this policy, upstream policy, law, or platform security requirements, we may take one or more of these actions:
- Limit, suspend, or terminate accounts, subscriptions, quota, API keys, model access, or specific features;
- Block, filter, degrade, delay, or reject related requests, inputs, outputs, files, or links;
- Revoke campaign eligibility, cancel rewards, reclaim abnormal quota, refuse refunds, or refuse further transactions;
- Require you to delete content, stop a use, provide an explanation, complete a security fix, or reconfirm the terms;
- Keep, disclose, or hand over related records when required by law or when needed to protect the platform, users, or providers.
9. Policy updates#
We may update this policy based on law, upstream policy, security risk, product capability, and operations. Continuing to use the service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated policy. For important updates we may ask you to confirm again before you continue.
