This Refund Policy applies to digital services provided by ZIMACODE LLC under the brand Ai Go Code, including subscriptions, prepaid account balance, and related service credits offered through aigocode.com.
This page is provided in English and Chinese for convenience. If there is any inconsistency between the two versions, the English version controls.
English Version
1. General Rule
Except where required by applicable law, fees paid for digital services, subscriptions, prepaid account balance, credits, or points are generally non refundable once access has been provisioned, subscription service has started, or balance has been added to your account.
2. Subscription Services
- You may cancel a subscription at any time before renewal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing term unless otherwise required by law.
- We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
3. Prepaid Balance, Credits, and Points
Prepaid balance, credits, points, and other stored service value are intended for use within the Service. Unless required by applicable law or expressly approved under this policy, unused or partially used balance is not refundable, redeemable for cash, or transferable.
4. Limited Refund Exceptions
We may approve a refund or credit in the following situations:
- Duplicate Charge: you were charged more than once for the same order or renewal.
- Non Delivery Due to Our Technical Error: you paid for access or account balance, but we failed to deliver the service and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transaction: the charge is verified as unauthorized after review.
- Legal Requirement: a refund is required by applicable law.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@aigocode.com and include, if available, your account email, order ID, payment receipt, and a brief explanation of the issue. We generally review requests within three business days.
6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it is generally sent back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take approximately five to ten business days before the refund appears on your statement.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us first when reasonably possible so we can investigate. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may lead to temporary suspension of account access while the issue is reviewed.

1. 一般规则
除非适用法律另有要求,一旦数字服务访问权限已开通、订阅服务已开始,或余额已发放至您的账户, 您为订阅、预充值余额、credits、points 或其他数字服务支付的费用通常不予退款。
2. 订阅服务
- 您可以在续费前随时取消订阅;
- 除非法律另有要求,取消通常在当前已支付计费周期结束后生效;
- 除非适用法律另有规定,已部分使用的订阅周期通常不提供按比例退款或余额返还。
3. 预充值余额、Credits 与 Points
预充值余额、credits、points 以及其他储值型服务权益仅限在本服务内使用。 除非适用法律要求或本政策明确批准,未使用或部分使用的余额通常不可退款、不可兑现,也不可转让。
4. 例外退款场景
在以下情况下,我们可能酌情批准退款或账户信用补偿:
- 重复扣款:同一订单或同一续费被重复收费;
- 因我方技术错误导致未交付:您已付款,但我们未能开通服务或发放余额,且客服在合理时间内无法修复;
- 未经授权或欺诈交易:经核实后确认该笔扣款未经授权;
- 法律要求:适用法律要求必须退款。
5. 如何申请退款
如需申请退款,请发送邮件至 support@aigocode.com, 并尽量提供账户邮箱、订单号、付款凭证以及问题说明。我们通常会在三个工作日内完成初步审核。
6. 退款到账时间
如退款获批,通常会原路退回至原支付方式。根据银行、发卡机构或支付服务商的处理速度不同,到账时间通常约为五到十个工作日。
7. 拒付与支付争议
如果您认为存在账单错误,建议您在合理可行的情况下先联系我们核查。 发起拒付或支付争议后,我们可能在调查期间临时暂停相关账户访问权限。
