These terms describe the rules for using Ai Go Code, including software subscriptions, prepaid usage credits, acceptable use, and service limitations.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and related services offered at aigocode.com by ZIMACODE LLC under the brand Ai Go Code. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

This page is provided in English and Chinese for convenience. If there is any inconsistency between the two versions, the English version controls.

English Version

1. Eligibility and Account Use

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, access credentials, including API keys if applicable, and billing credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Description of the Service

Ai Go Code provides AI productivity software and developer tools, including web application access, subscription plans, prepaid usage credits, workspace features, documentation, and support tools. Parts of the Service may depend on third party technology providers, payment processors, and AI service providers.

3. Billing, Subscriptions, and Prepaid Balance

  • Paid plans may be offered as recurring subscriptions or one time purchases of prepaid account balance.
  • Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
  • If you cancel a subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term unless otherwise stated by law or an applicable offer.
  • Prepaid balance, credits, points, and other stored service value are non transferable and generally non refundable except as required by applicable law or our Refund Policy.
  • Pricing, taxes, promotional terms, and plan availability may change from time to time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
  • attempt to bypass rate limits, technical restrictions, or security measures;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to third parties;
  • upload, submit, or generate content that violates applicable law or third party rights;
  • engage in payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or account takeover attempts.

5. Third Party Providers and Availability

The Service may rely on third party payment providers, technology providers, and AI service providers. We do not guarantee that any specific model, feature, or integration will remain continuously available. The Service is provided on an as available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, branding, content, documentation, and related materials, except for content that you lawfully provide or generate and are entitled to use under applicable law and third party terms.

7. AI Output and User Responsibility

AI generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or not suitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and lawfully using any output generated through the Service.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, non payment, fraud, security risk, abuse of the platform, or a legal compliance issue.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIMACODE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or relating to the Service.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

2. 服务内容

Ai Go Code 提供面向开发者的 AI 软件与数字工具，包括 Web 应用访问、订阅计划、预付使用额度、 工作台功能、文档和支持工具。本服务的部分能力依赖第三方技术服务商、支付服务商和 AI 能力服务商。

3. 计费、订阅与预充值余额

  • 付费服务可能以循环订阅或一次性购买预充值余额的形式提供；
  • 除非您在下一个计费日前取消，否则订阅计划会自动续费；
  • 取消订阅后，通常在当前已支付周期结束时生效，除非法律另有要求或活动规则另有说明；
  • 预充值余额、credits、points 及其他储值型服务权益不可转让，除非适用法律要求或退款政策另有规定，通常不予退款；
  • 价格、税费、促销规则和套餐可用性可能不时调整。

4. 可接受使用

您同意不会：

  • 将服务用于违法、欺诈或滥用行为；
  • 试图绕过速率限制、技术限制或安全措施；
  • 对服务进行逆向、抓取或其他干扰行为；
  • 向第三方转售、转授权或提供未授权访问；
  • 上传、提交或生成违反法律法规或第三方权利的内容；
  • 实施支付滥用、恶意拒付或盗号等行为。

5. 第三方服务与可用性

本服务可能依赖第三方支付平台、技术服务商和 AI 能力服务商。 我们不保证任何特定模型、功能或集成会持续可用。 在法律允许的最大范围内，本服务按现状和可用状态提供。

6. 知识产权

除您依法享有权利的输入内容、输出内容外，我们及许可方保留对服务、软件、品牌、文档和相关材料的全部权利、所有权和权益。

7. AI 输出与用户责任

AI 生成结果可能不完整、不准确、令人不适或不适合您的特定用途。 您有责任自行审核、验证并合法使用通过本服务生成的任何输出。

8. 暂停与终止

如我们合理认为存在违反本条款、未付款、欺诈、安全风险、平台滥用或合规问题，我们可以暂停或终止您对服务的访问。

9. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，ZIMACODE LLC 不对因服务引起或与服务相关的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性、惩罚性损害， 或利润、数据、商誉、商业机会损失承担责任。

10. 条款更新

我们可能不时更新本条款。更新生效后继续使用服务，即视为您接受修订后的条款。

11. 适用法律

本条款受美国得克萨斯州法律管辖并依其解释，不适用法律冲突规则。
